Red Bull Advanced Technologies are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Team Leader to join the team and continue the success of their efforts within the manufacturing function of the business.

The key responsibility of this Quality Assurance Team Leader role is to ensure the levels of Quality Assurance are upheld to the highest standard. Leading a department that is capable in all areas of Dimensional Accuracy and Structural Integrity. The Team Leader will be expected to build solid relationships with the team, offering clear guidance and vision to optimise performance, output and maximise synergy opportunities across campus.

Working closely with the Head of Department, Production Control, Supply Chain and Technical areas of the business you will deliver clear objectives set out by HOD and provide clear strategies to ensure proactive progression of parts through QA or QC to ensure parts are to the required design intent, actively promoting QA to ensure RFT parts are produced on time ever time. You will drive Continuous Improvement enhancing the team and departments’ performance. As well as understanding the expectations of key stakeholders, delivering objectives to achieve agreed targets plus eliminate risk that could compromise performance.

Quality Assurance Team Leader applicants interested in applying must have be driven, self-motivated and a passion for success with some experience of leading a team within the automotive or motorsport industries which must include performance management, identifying skills gaps to develop a team across all functions of Quality Assurance and streamlining functionality.

A good understanding of how a Quality Assurance/ Inspection department operates within a Manufacturing or Production environment is essential.

We require you to have great team ethics along with excellent team player skills and a stand- out leader of a team who is highly organised that will inspire and motivate the team to excel in all areas of QA. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to very tight deadlines, challenging situations, and delivery pressures.
