We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Stores Department here at Red Bull Advanced Technologies in a Stores Team Leader role.
This Stores Team Leader role will be responsible for the development and day to day running of a busy Stores Department, working closely with the other Stores areas, the Parts & Logistics group and the wider business on a daily basis.
You will direct the activities of the team members, providing leadership and boost performance to deliver results whilst ensuring health & safety standards are met.
You will build solid relationships with various departments including major stakeholders, provide reliable and accurate information to enable the best decision making, improve departmental functionality and actively promote and operate our continuous improvement elements.
The successful Stores Team Leader candidate will ideally have previous experience managing a Parts Department/Stores, including supervising internal logistics, material and inventory management using a computer based MRP system. A good technical understanding of part lifing, bill of material structures and revision control is essential, preferably within the Motorsport or Aerospace industries.
You must have a keen eye for detail, as well as being a confident decision maker and problem solver. Strong leadership & communication skills and a high level of organisational methodology are required.
